Leadership is a very important trait that a person has to possess and the earlier we start developing it the better.

The Rabbit Class, at the age of 3 and 4, has already started training to be leaders, also known as the “Helpers”.

（年少のRabbit組では、2学期から”Helpers(お当番)”の活動がスタートしました。３，４歳ですがリーダーになる練習の始まりです。）

Two students do certain tasks everyday that only teachers are allowed to do.

That includes, leading the class when they line up to gargle, standing in front of everyone when singing their Good Morning and Goodbye songs, greeting everyone at the start and the end of the day, and wiping the tables before lunch.

（お当番は毎日2人ずつ順番が回ってきて、先生たちと一緒に様々な活動をします。うがいをする時の整列の号令をかけたり、朝・帰りの歌をみんなの前で歌ったり、朝・帰りの挨拶をしたり、給食前に机を拭いたりしています。）

These kinds of training will teach the students how to be responsible at a young age; a good trait of being a leader.
