Things have been going very smoothly as usual in the Rabbit Class! We are all getting used to our daily life in Preschool and enjoying every day together with our friends and teachers. Recently, we have been learning how to use scissors for the first time. We made sure to listen to our teacher and practice the correct way to hold scissors, and we also promised to only cut paper, not to point our scissors at our friends, and put the cap back on our scissors as soon as we have finished using them.

After cutting up the many colourful pieces of paper, we put them in plastic bags and made balloons! The weather was nice and we all did such a good job, so we were able to go outside and play with our new balloons. We had so much fun!

As well as that, we also had our very first bus emergency practice since joining the Rabbit Class. As many of us come to Preschool by bus, and with many super exciting school trips planned for this year, it was very important that we listen closely and know what to do in the unlikely event of an emergency.

We watched our friends in the Bear and Momo Class evacuate from the bus, and we also learnt the proper position be in during an emergency. Instead of sitting, we need to crouch so we are able to evacuate as quickly as possible.

After that, we went back to Rabbit Class to continue our day singing songs, learning English and playing together with our friends! Please look forward to seeing what we get up to next time!
