Today was not only the first day of September, but it was also the first day of the second school term.

All of the students returned to school after the long summer holiday and could begin to settle back into the daily routine of Ishida Kindergarten.

The opening ceremony was held at the main hall, where all the children listened to Kinoshita-sensei, as well as a short speech from Encho-sensei. It was explained that there would be lots of fun activities taking place over the next few months.

We can all look forward to these special days! Activities will include: a field trip to dig for sweet potatoes, our Sports Day (both of which will take place in October) the art festival in November, and Christmas in December.

Let’s enjoy the second term together!!
