Today, the students in Year 3 went on a field trip to Kounosuyama. Children from the Lion class and Tsubaki class travelled there together on one of our school buses.

This was the final field trip for these students before their graduation in March. The aim was to have a fun time playing in the beautiful park, surrounded by the natural beauty of the mountain.

We departed the school at 10:00 and arrived at Kounosuyama at 10:50.

On arrival, we walked onto the steep grassy area, and the children could ride on the long slides. Firstly, they tried the shorter slide, and then they could have a go on the longer one. It was very long, and raised up from the ground. Maybe they could feel as if they were flying down the mountain!

Afterwards, we moved to the large trampoline. It was a large, white, air-filled trampoline. Many students called it a large peanut, as its shape resembled such a nut.

Everyone took off their shoes, then enjoyed jumping and bouncing around.

Next, it was time for lunch. We placed our mats down in a circle, and ate our homemade lunch boxes together. Everyone seemed interested in what items of food their friends had been given! All the lunchboxes looked so delicious!

We cleaned up and made sure that we had gathered together all of our items, before walking back to the school bus. The bus departed from the park at 12:50. On the return journey, many students chatted together about their trip. Some became tired after their busy day and had a nap in their seats.

The bus arrived back at Ishida preschool at about 13:30. There was a little time for classroom activities, and then it was soon time for home.

I hope everyone enjoyed their final field trip, and will retain fond memories of it for many years to come.

I would also like to give my thanks to Kinoshita sensei, driver Furumura-san, driver Toshikura-san, and the cameraman, for the wonderful help they gave throughout the day.

（今日，年長の子ども達にとって楽しい遠足の日でした。ライオン組とつばき組は一緒のバスに乗り，鴻ノ巣山運動公園へと向かいました。

年長の子ども達にとって卒園前最後の遠足となりました。美しい山に囲まれた広い公園の中で，友達と一緒に楽しく遊びました。

10時に幼稚園を出発し，10時50分に公園に到着しました。バスを降りて芝生の上を歩き，まずは長い2本の滑り台へと向かいました。最初は短い滑り台を滑り，その後長い滑り台にも挑戦しました。滑り台はとても長く，高い丘の上から下り坂になっていました。まるで山の上から飛んでいるように感じたかもしれません！

その後，“ふわふわドーム”へと移動しました。そこには白くて大きなトランポリンがありました。その形から，子ども達は「大きなピーナッツみたいだ！」と言っていました。トランポリンの周りで靴と靴下を脱ぎ，みんなで飛び跳ねながら遊びました。

そしてお昼ご飯の時間がやってきました。みんなで大きな円をつくり，持ってきた敷物の上でお弁当を一緒に食べました。みんなはどうやら友達のお弁当の中身が気になるようで，「見て見て！」「お弁当見せて！」と友達同士で見せ合っていました。とても美味しそうなお弁当ばかりでした！

楽しいお弁当の後は，荷物を片付け，幼稚園に帰る用意をしました。12時50分に公園を出発したら，バスの中は遠足の話で大盛り上がり。たくさん遊んだので，疲れて眠っている子もいましたよ。

13時30分頃に幼稚園に到着し，それぞれのお部屋でゆっくり過ごしました。そして，あっという間にお帰りの時間になってしまいました。

幼稚園最後の遠足はとても楽しく，みんなにとっていい思い出になったのではないでしょうか。
