Children on the International course have been painting pictures of ponds.

Ishida Kindergarten does not have its own pond,

so we made our own small representations.

Yesterday, the students painted the actual ponds using blue poster paint.

They used three shades of blue – dark blue, mid blue, and light blue.

Their brushes were used to make large swirling actions.

Today, they drew objects and creatures in the pond.

We were not sure what they would draw.

At the end we found that they had drawn boats, fish, frogs, birds, and people (family, friends and teachers).

The ponds look fresh and cool. How great now we are getting hotter weather!!

 

(インターナショナルコースのお友達はお池の絵を描いていました。

石田幼稚園には池がないので、自分たちのお池を表現しました。

昨日、子どもたちは青色のポスターカラーを使って池を描きました。

青色といっても、濃い青色から薄い青色まで三色あります。

筆を使って大きくぐるぐると描くことができました。

 

そして今日、お池の生き物やいろいろなものを描いたんです。

私たちは何を描くのだろうと楽しみにしていたのですが、子どもたちはボートやおさかな、カエル、鳥、お友達やおうちの方や先生などを描いていました。

お池はきれいで涼しそうで、暑くなってきた今にピッタリでしょ！）
